The staff is very friendly. The host and staff made us feel exceptionally welcome. It was my father's birthday and, on top of singing happy birthday, they baked him a cake and provided a complimentary bottle of nice sparkling wine.

“Wonderful”

Located in a private game farm. The ground and location are serene. Had a beautiful sunrise with animals and hornbills around. It was just sublime. Wished we had more time to enjoy the facilities. Rohan was super attentive and funny. Ask him any questions about the animals and plants and he will have the answers for you. Self catering units are well equipped but we were glad to have dinner and breakfast at the on site kitchen. It was very tasty much better than the hassle of cooking for ourselves. Overall Khan River Lodge exceeded our expectations!

Only accessible in 4x4 after heavy rain, this is a wonderfully wild spot which feels more remote than it in fact is. You are welcome to explore the ranch and observe the abundant wildlife. There is a lovely big swimming pool. Excellent meals cooked to order. A very relaxed and welcoming place.

Stunning location . The self catering cabins were spacious , we opted to dine at the lodge. Great service , breakfast and dinner choices :) Our hosts were very friendly and the whole set up of the farm lodge is very relaxed and user-friendly , nice pool area :) We booked a sundowner , super informative guide , stunning sunset location and lots of interesting wildlife seen . As a bit of fun we booked target shooting :) For our last two nights of holiday this was the perfect place to be.

Location is abit off track but google map will brings you there. Private small farm of 6000 hectares. Farm manager Rohan has alot of passion and knowledge of the farm and eco system and always ready to bring and show us around. We saw some Kudus, Springboks, Oryx, Zebras Bat eat foxes and even a rare wild Pangolin! ☺️ The 3 farm ladies ( Josie, Eufemia & Dorcas) excellent hospitality and service. Like many said, they genuinely care about the guests and make us feel at home right from the start being so faraway from our country. Josie especially wonderful lady and great chef to make us feel happy with her food. She is always attentive and caring throughout our 4 nights stay. This is truly a nice small hospitable farm filled with love and care. The staffs is a great assets to the owner rending impeccable service which will form a wonderful memory for me and my daughter in many years to come. ☺️☺️ Keep up the good work 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

“Excellent for rest and recuperation”

The location was quiet and relaxing and ideal for a perfect getaway. Josie and Euphemia looked after us very well. Meals were varied with excellent catering and a very competitive price. Ruhan was on hand to offer game drives, help identify birds or to discuss the merits of the area. Thanks for a great stay Judith and Paul

Nice farm with lots of animals in the area (zebras, ostriches giraffes, kudus, etc), nice walks on the premisis and in the river bed.

One of our favorite lodges in Namibia! It was really comfortable and modern lodge but at the same time felt like being on a real farm (which it is :)). Exceptionally friendly and warm staff, we had a lovely dinner and they offered a plate of snack to enjoy while watching the sunset. Good hiking route to the waterhole. Many different animals live nearby and the two dogs were lovely. It was easy to find and drive to the farm through well-marked route to two other farms. Perfect location between Etosha and Windhoek.
