“Beautiful neat historic Hotel 5 minutes train from Interlaken”

Room was neat and tidy, Breakfast was lovely. Location was great- short walk to station. We had a room facing the church and bells rang every 15 minutes 24/7- wasn't as bad as we expected.

One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its excellent breakfast and its convenient location in a village situated between Interlaken ost and Lauterbrunnen. Upon our arrival, the hotel owner provided us with a guest card that allowed us to use public transportation, including trains and buses, free of charge to Interlaken and the surrounding areas(bis interlavken ...) (with the exception of Lauterbrunnen). This helped us save a considerable amount on transportation costs during our stay.

Hotel Steinbock is a beautiful old worldly Hotel steeped in history, that is pretty much where it stops, yes it is a 2 star hotel with good reason, plus side clean rooms was big enough for my wife, myself and our dog additional plus side breakfast was free and checkin and checkout was a breeze all codes and tech to open entrance door, to access room key on checkin, and simply drop key on top of reception desk there is no visible staff to speak of, plenty of hotel parking which is paid for, Very Central to all the attractive places, Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald,

The lady in charge of the breakfast always made sure to replenish the dishes. The breakfast had everything one expects; yogurth, fruit, cold cuts, eggs, and a variety of fresh bread and croissants.

“Overall a great value hotel in Interlaken area”

Very sweet hotel with an authentic Swiss feel. Amazing location, right on a river in a quiet village with regular trains to Interlaken that take 7 mins. Great value for the area, with parking available to pre book for 5CHF per night. Breakfast was very good, good selection buffet style. Free Interlaken guest card in the room meant we could get free trains and buses in the Interlaken area and 15% off Top of Interlaken funnicular which was very useful.

Everything's is excellent the place is clean the location it is amazing,I like it . I highly recommend 👌.
