Great location, only a 2 minute walk to the train station. Room was adequate with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom which was ok for us as only needed somewhere to stay for one night. Nice light and roomy breakfast room with buffet style breakfast which was ok but not a nice as others we had had in the area. Overall ok for what we paid.

The room was clean, although somewhat cramped. The bed was comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the restaurant had excellent meals for dinner. The breakfast was basic continental breakfast foods. The location is A+ for the trains.

Location of property is ideal, 3 mins walk to Wilderswil station. During our stay, we were given complimentary Travel card for public transport, mainly buses in the Interlaken West and free train ride to Interlaken Ost. Room is clean. Love the breakfast done in a wonderful setting. The host and staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.. Thanks

Our experience was good. The room was in a good location, we enjoyed the breakfast, and we had free parking. The receptionist waited for us to check in late, which we really appreciated. She was also very helpful and welcoming.

“AN EXCELLENT SWISS HOTEL/RESTAURANT”

This is an excellent traditional Swiss hotel/restaurant located about a 3 minute walk from Wilderswil railway station in the Jungfrau region. There is also a regular bus connection from Wilderswil station to Interlaken West station. The hotel and restaurant appear to be very professionally run and the service was excellent. My room was very comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and was very good. Guests are given an Interlaken Visitor's Card which enables free transport on buses and trains in a designated area and discounts on various attractions. I had stayed here before several years ago and it was just as good then.

The location - 2 minutes from The station- is excellent . The rooms are pleasant and the beds are very comfortable . The staff are friendly and very helpful , and the evening meal was great value for money. There were no en-suite toilets , but that was not a problem as there were enough showers and toilets with no queues.
