Ken & Belinda are super lovely hosts. The communication before arrival was excellent. Upon arrival they offered information and assistance in every kind of way. Apart from that it's a wonderful property and the sea view rooms have got a stunning view and are equipped with everything you could think of. What we appreciated a lot is that we'd been welcomed personally by Ken & Belinda (with a refreshment drink) and they showed us around. The pool and lounge area is fantastic. This time it was only a short 2-nights stay which we enjoyed a lot. But we'll come back and next time we'll stay longer.Thanks a lot, Ken & Belinda, it was a great pleasure meeting you..CU soon... “Absolutely amazing stay – we can’t recommend it enough”

This place exceeded our expectations by far. The location right by the sea is breathtaking, and the private beach access was a true highlight! Just a few steps and you’re right on the beach and at nighttime you can hear the waves crashing! Everything is beautifully designed and very well thought out. We loved the lounge area with the pool, the well equipped small kitchen and drinks (just grab a cold beer when you arrive!). You can really tell how much care has gone into every detail. The cleanliness was outstanding – the rooms were spotless every single day. And a special thank you to Ken and Belinda, who are such warm and attentive hosts. They made us feel welcome from the very first moment. We had an incredible time and truly hope to come back one day!

Our stay at Shan C was the highlight of our two-week trip across South Africa. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. The rooms are beautifully designed, spotless in every corner, and equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. The beds are incredibly comfortable, making it easy to fully relax after a day of exploring. The entire property feels new, modern, and very well maintained. There is convenient parking and a lovely pool area with sunbeds, perfect for unwinding. What truly makes Shan C special, though, is its incredible location, right in front of the beach with private access. Waking up to the sound and view of the ocean each morning was simply unforgettable. On top of all this, Ken and Belinda are the most welcoming hosts we have encountered. They are warm, friendly, and always happy to share helpful tips, while also being genuinely enjoyable to talk to. They made us feel at home from the very first moment. I will definitely recommend Shan C to all my friends traveling along the Garden Route, and when I return to South Africa, I will absolutely stay here again.

This is a beautiful guesthouse. Our room & terrace with the view of the Ocean was awesome and the walks on the beach in the early morning are something we will not forget. The pool area was a great place to relax and just chill. The attention to detail is what makes a good stay a great one and we just want to thank Belinda & Ken for being such fantastic hosts and making us feel part of the family. We will be back.

The property is beautifully maintained, super comfortable, and so thoughtfully designed and what made our stay truly exceptional were the owners. - They are incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Their kindness and hospitality added a personal touch that made us feel at home from the very first moment. We left with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return. This accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place by the Indian Ocean. “Absolute gem by the beach”

This place is an absolute pearler! The accommodation has everything you need, with amazing views of the ocean and direct access to the beach. Even the pool and common areas are beautifully designed. The hosts, Ken and Belinda, are so lovely. They genuinely care, and you can feel that they love what they do. We had the best time there and will definitely come back.

“Absolute paradise! Five star luxury overlooking Wilderness Bay”

Wow! What can we say about this absolutely amazing property?! It was directly on one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen; the decor was first class; the owners had thought of everything and were the most delightful family. They greeted us, waved us off and even checked in to make sure we had reached our next destination safely! The rooms are enormous with beautiful sea views and whilst we didn’t see dolphins, a pair of binoculars, throws and cushions were set up for us in the morning to do some spotting from their terrace. Wilderness was a delightful town with restaurants and bars within a short distance. Definitely our favourite spot on the Garden Route.

This small beachfront accommodation is truly something special. With only a few rooms, it feels peaceful, intimate, and incredibly welcoming from the moment you arrive. The interior design is beautiful and cozy, and you can tell that every little detail has been carefully thought through. Nothing feels random, everything is arranged with love and great taste. The hosts are some of the warmest people we have met while traveling. They make you feel at home immediately, and their kindness creates such a relaxed and personal atmosphere. One of the absolute highlights is the direct access to the beach, one of the most beautiful places we‘ve ever seen. The property area is maintained and arranged with so much care and love that it feels almost magical. We completely fell in love with this little place and with the wonderful people Belinda and Ken who created it. It’s the kind of destination you never forget and will always want to return to. Amazing property on the beach front, with all the little amenities you could ever need. Ken and Belinda were so helpful with local recommendations, supplying snacks and drinks and even letting us keep an adapter we borrowed for the rest of our trip! We had the best time, wish we could’ve stayed longer and would recommend to anyone else!
