“Friendly hosts, very comfortable beds.”
The host was friendly and welcoming and made sure that there was secure provision for our tandem. The beds were really comfortable and the bed linen was good. It was quiet at night and we had a big window which opened wide. (Which is a winner for us)

“Excellent place and would visit once again”
I stayed at Landhaus vor Burg Eltz for one night to visit Burg Eltz Castle, and the experience was wonderful. Reaching the hotel during summer was easy. I took the train to Hatzenport station and then RegioBus 365 (check the castle’s website for the bus schedule). I informed the driver of my hotel stop, and they dropped us off right outside the hotel at "Hinter der Hecke."( stop name) The hotel allowed us to check in early, which was a great convenience. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the hosts were welcoming and friendly. Burg Eltz Castle is about a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel, and the route is safe and pleasant. We walked towards the castle early in the morning to catch the sunrise, which was beautiful,

“Lovely place”
The staff is very kind and it is close to Burg Eltz. Room is big enough. Windows have mosquito screen. Breakfast is also ok. The owner offers you a bottle of water when you do check in. It is quiet, no noise outside, just birds. I loved my stay.

“Perfect place to stay for Eltz Castle”
We had a wonderful stay. We picked this property for its proximity to Eltz Castle. It's just up the road! Our room was large and well equipped. It had everything we needed for the stay. We drove to the property and there was ample parking for our van. Check in was simple and easy. We ate dinner and breakfast in the guesthouse too. Dinner was wonderful, it was fresh, hot and very tasty. Breakfast was small but more than enough. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The location is quiet, picturesque and easy to find.

“A peaceful, clean and comfortable guest house.”
The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a kettle provided that is unusual in German accommodation, also the breakfast was delicious. If you are riding along the Moselle there is a bus you can catch up the hill to the accommodation that will take your bike along. It stops right in front of the hotel. It was so appreciated. It had a gorgeous outlook and the owner was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The ride back down to the river was very scenic.
