“It was very comfortable !”
There was no breakfast, but we knew that and were okay with that, since we wanted to eat at Charlene's restaurant, located nearby... The view outside the motel was priceless !!! Beautiful scenery of the lake and surroundings. Very comfortable and clean room... We would definitely go again!!!

The faucet in the bathtub was broken, so we were unable to shower, We arrived, were advised to go for dinner as the nearby restaurants closed early. When we returned and went to have a shower, we realised that the bath faucet was broken and the office was shut. Cannot understand why they would knowingly rent out a room with a broken faucet,

“Comfortable, clean and welcoming with a beautiful view.”
It was a budget motel that was clean and comfortable and had a few extra in-room small appliances I wasn't expecting but pleased to see. The staff were friendly and helpful. And the view was beautiful.

“Great stay - what a gem”
Location was great. Nice chairs out front to sit in when the weather was nice. The room was spacious and had a little fridge, tea kettle, coffee machine, and toaster - all worked great. We needed some bowls for breakfast so I asked in the office and they had a couple in no time, so easy and helpful :) The staff were really nice and friendly. Met a couple lovely black labs too who were so sweet and well behaved. The immediate area had all the stores you might need to kit you out for your days on the go too. :) Also, a minute drive up the road is Salt Mountain, you can park by the campsite and walk, stunning views of the Bras D'or Lake, we really enjoyed it. We walked it the morning before check out, just to stretch the legs before our drive and it exceeded our expectations. Great little walk, though some may find it steep in places :)
