Beds comfortable, kitchen had all you need. A few extras like push bikes and kayaks available for use.

Good location within walking distance from town centre with free parking directly outside. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We were greeted by the host Sheree who was very helpful and attentive.

The host welcomed us on arrival and gave us a tour of the property. The property was quiet, clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. Close to town and had water views. Even provided canoes for use in the estuary and spades to use at hot water beach.

She provided us with everything! Beach towels, kayaks, and even bicycles! Washing powder is there too.

Our stay at Tides Reach was amazing. It was clean, modern, comfortable and in a beautiful location. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. We made good use of having access to the pool and kayaks. Our hosts were welcoming and very easy to contact if we had any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - we only wish we could have stayed longer.

Lakefront property - with the serene lake just across the road, yet just minutes driving distance to the Whitianga town centre. The house itself was also very clean, and has all the required comforts plus extras, including bikes we could use to cycle along the lake front. Finally Sheree was a hospitable host, very responsive. She came by to check on us on the first day and also responded very quickly when we had a small problem - which eventually was resolved.

Great location. Clean and quiet. Liked that it was an easy walk to town and a spacious space to stay in. Appreciated the washing machine as well as having a dishwasher.

We really enjoyed our stay in Tides Beach! Sheree and Owen are welcoming. The home was fragrant, spotless, nicely furnished, and had great amenities. The only thing that could have made it even better was if the jacuzzi were heated. Highly recommended!

Amazing Appartment with everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed our stay and can absolutely recommend Sheree's Appartement. Close to the city with bars and restaurants, you can use kayaks and bikes. Thanks for being such a lovely host.

The property was tastefully presented. Comfortable furnishings and a very comfortable bed. All the facilities were there that you needed. Very well equipped. Wonderful view from the lounge and use of bikes, kayaks and hot tub. Location was superb, We were able to walk into town and along the Estuary. Great restaurants nearby. Owen and Sheree were perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble

The location was just perfect. In a quiet area of Whitianga. We had the use of kayaks & bikes at no extra cost. Owen was very attentive and extremely friendly & helpful.

The property is incredible, right on the water front and close to the town and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our stay even thought the weather wasn’t on our side.
