“Clean, comfy value”
Excellent, friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms with fireplace and kitchenette. . No TV instructions, a bit noisy...you could hear people walking above or using bathroom next door. Light on breakfast. Laundry available. Good value. I would stay again, just ask for room on higher floor.

Nothing. I booked the king bed spa room before leaving Edmonton. And when we got to the Whitecourt location, the man at the desk told us that specific room was not available, and to try a different hotel down the road. The other hotel's spa room cost twice as much (Western Budget)

The hotel was pretty good, honestly. It was very roomy, had a fireplace, and was nice and clean. The price was good. We were surprised to find a full fridge and stove in the unit. I wish I'd known that prior to arriving because I might have made supper there! I always love having somewhere to put our food and freeze our cooler packs. The breakfast was reasonably good- had a couple of fruit options, cereal, toast, and muffins.
