no air conditioning, room smelt stale, was outdated, no screen on windows or balcony. No pool or hottub and did not give us passes to other pools. Was told Id have to wait an extra hour to check into my room and then was denied a later checkout.

Easily accessible into the village or the mountain. Staff were really helpful and the bed + pillows were incredibly comfortable. Having a mini fridge, coffee pot and kettle in the room was very convenient too.

“Great location close to blackcomb gondola”
Great location and easy parking. The room was a little dated and dark, but the bed was comfortable and was fine for the purpose of our stay.
