The tap didn’t work in the kitchen and the blinds wouldn’t stay up they would fall down when opened.

The location and the room interior are great, we like it, but the window covering/blind didn't work/broken, so we cannot open the window. The front desk people tried to fix it but still not working. Good customer service, they offered us to move to other room, but we decided to stay in this room as we like the color and the interior is very nice.

“A powder day makes a happy stay”
Was able to check in early at around 130pm which is awesome. Otherwise the check in time is really late at 4pm. For the price and location I think we had an overall good experience. The sofa bed is firmer than the actual queen size bed. But there isn’t any fresh duvet sheet cover. I doubt that they wash the duvet after each turnover so I end Ip using my jacket as a blanket. Parking garage is very easy to access but the stalls are smaller than standard. I can’t open the car door if there is a parked car right next to my van. Staff are casual but friendly.
