The house keeper didn't clean the room properly there was trash in the bin the carpet didn't vacuum

“Not worth the money!”

The place was a dump. It smelled bad all the way from the lobby to the room. It was in a super sketchy area. Everything was super outdated, the bedding wasn't comfortable and hadn't been updated in years. The carpet in the room felt like walking on concrete. There was no breakfast. I honestly thought someone would break onto my car. The wifi was weak and took forever to pull up when searching for networks. The guy at the front desk checking us in was awful. He seemed like he hated his job, was not very polite. All around terrible customer service. I only stayed there because it was the only hotel that had occupancy for me and my 4 children. The room said it slept 5 adults but had 2 fulls...it was hard enough getting 3 kids to share that bed! Overall it was pretty awful but it served its purpose.

First room had a stench with sketchy walls. It also had a broken door-chain, broken light, broken ac, broken phone. I changed to another room which was better with just the inner handle broken. It was acceptable in cleanliness.

“I came through Denver to see a show at Red Rocks, and I plan on coming back again this year.”

The motel was awesome. the people were interesting, and I enjoyed my stay very much. I think there was a Latino wedding there on Saturday nite with a band (tuba player!!??) and drummer.. lot of dancing...people having fun-done by midnite
