The breakfast was excellent. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Room was very comfortable. Difficult to find cab companies who pick up from there due to its location. Maybe an Information Board with useful telephone numbers, including cabs which do pick up from there, would be a good idea.

“I would definitely go back, but I would opt for the rooms at the back.”
The service was very good, fast and practical. The guy who was at check in was super patient and helpful. The room was very spacious with comfortable beds. The breakfast was very good, very different from other hotels!!

“Value for money in NOLA”
Ok so its not the Ritz, but this hotel is solid value for money in an expensive city. Free parking, free wifi, breakfast included (eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal, toast, yogurt etc) and a nightly happy hour with complimentary beer and nibbles! The staff were great, especially Ms Debra who looked after us well! And Ms Mamie making our breakfast every morning. Good coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Room was a good size for us ( 2 adults and 1 child) beds comfortable. AC worked ok. Black out curtains. Mini fridge was all iced up and toilet seat falling off but the manager got it sorted pronto. Appreciated the in room microwave and coffee maker. 20 min drive to garden district/ French quarter. Great fried chicken at food mart next door! Piggly Wiggly 5 min drive.
