Arrival to the property was easy and the host informed me how to get there via message Thankyou this was very helpful. And also told us the key safe number when we booked. On arrival and going into the property it was very clean and all the information we needed and local information for sightseeing. Shower was amazing!! Beds were comfortable and very quiet area was so relaxing. We felt at ease there and also great WiFi. Perfect for us exploring Ypres!! Don’t hesitate to book it is amazing here and I would recommend it here and if we’re in the area again we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!! Thankyou so much.

The location was good, close to the village. Everything was as the photos looked.

This warm and comfortable property was in a very quiet location about 10 minutes walk from the town. Very friendly host who was on hand to respond quickly to any requests. The town itself has a small well stocked supermarket and a couple of nice pubs / restaurants. A great central location for a relaxing break or to visit the WW1 battlefields in this area.

“Excellent base for sightseeing in Belgium”

The property had been renovated in 2022 to a high standard. My father and I came over to see the Menin Gate, Gent and Bruges and we were very impressed with the accommodation. The wood pellet fire was great for a cold February evening. All the facilities like the kitchen and shower were excellent. The site is peaceful and is a good location for local restaurants and estaminets on both sides of the France / Belgium border.

Very well appointed, newly refurbished house in a location close to Ypres that served well as a base to tour the local area, The village has a decent mini supermarket, excellent for supplies and a few nice pubs too!!
