“Hotel room wasn't available”
I travelled 3hrs to the hotel, to find out my room wasn't available! They over booked, not happy at all. Had to drive around to another hotel which cost me €40 in taxi fare. Definitely not happy with booking.com and the hotel, not happy with the service.
