good facilities although we chose not to use pool as was only an overnight stop for us, bed very comfortable and room clean/nicely furnished, nice location.

The motel has a fresh, unique and modern vibe. It is beautifully furnished. Reception welcoming. Fantastic soundtrack. Really nice pool area however this is quite small so glad we visited at a quieter time and had it all to ourselves.

“Great recently renovated funky music themed motel with awesome staff”

We recently stayed at the Freebird Motel as a base for exploring the Cape. The motel is newly renovated, colourful and fun with music themed quotes and good music playing. The space is really well used and includes a pool, cabanas and hot tub which we all enjoyed. The bar and food area are good too with fire pits in the evening - we sampled their beers, cocktails and pizzas. The free bikes were a great touch to get to the beach. The bathroom was small but manageable and we appreciate this from an original motel. Staff were all super helpful with great local information. Some shops and good eateries nearby; our favourite were Hole in One, Ann & Fran’s and Skippers Chowder. Thanks Freebird

“Great, fun motel”

Fun motel with great pool and free bikes. The reception lady was very friendly and gave us great information about the hotel and area. We used the free bikes to cycle to the nearest beach which was an easy, flat 15 minutes ride and definitely worth it. We used the pool which stays open till 10pm so enjoyed our evening swim. The room was spacious and clean.

The hotel is newly renovated with great taste, very clean, staff was awesome. We had lunch at their food truck which was great. Pool is a nice size, with a great seating area and bonus lounging beds ! A bit far from the beach, not walking distance.

This motor inn is very nice, with a beautiful pool, a food truck and fire pits. The room was big enough for a family of four. Overall a good experience.
