There was mattress in the sofa sleeper. I called the desk and was told I needed to trade rooms. I had to go to the desk to get the new key and move all our things. The room that we traded to was a nicer room. We noticed the next morning that we had left some shoes in the first room and it took 45 min and three trips to the front desk to finally get the room open. We missed breakfast because of this and had to get it on the road instead. I was told to find a housekeeper( by the front desk) that wasn’t on my floor to open the room. I had to ask three housekeepers before someone could do it. All this time I had hungry children in the room.

“I had no where else all was booked. I only went to lay head this is like the worst place to stay.”
Location good but this hotel needs to be remodeled and it’s very stinky. Flaky wallpaper,elevators stinks. The bathroom was dirty. The carpet stains and horrible and trash underneath the bed had been there I was so discouraged and upset. I went downstairs and communicated about the dirty bathroom and unclean sheets and gum on the floor by toilet and towels and tissue paper didn’t exist, I had to go down and get all. Then once you leave this hotel it always charges you twice and the management never calls back. Then the employees say oh we got a new manager. But it’s the same lady who nevertheless call you back. This hotel is not sanitary. Hilton Gardens is not a garden of pleasure.

“It was a decent hotel but my expectations for Hilton were higher. I expected a little more for $200”
We did not have breakfast. Restaurants and shopping close by. Lobby and entrance was very nice. Indoor heated pool was a bonus!
