Very nicely located in the center of Cape Cod with a short drive to the atlantic or the ferry to Matha`s Vineyard or even a short walk to West Dennis Beach. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Complimentary coffee and tea.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. I needed to extend my stay. Despite booking through a website (to get my members discount) rather than the front desk, they allowed me to stay in the more expensive room I was already in, rather than move. Kitchen was very useful.

While it is not spacious or luxurious, it is one of the most affordable place to stay on the Cape. It is always clean. Its location is very convenient too, close to many of the Cape's attraction.

The two queen beds are comfortable and clean. The room is very quiet during the night. The fridge works well. The location is very convenient, it is not far from the Bass River beach, where we went fishing the next day.
