“Clean and comfortable”
A large, warm and very clean room, with a large bathroom. The beds were very comfortable indeed and the bedding was of good quality. Breakfast was good - having fresh eggs cooked to order was a nice touch. The hotel is well located on the edge of the old town. Parking is in a public car park close to the hotel and costs €5 for 24 hours. There is no lift, but the stairs are not steep.

By far the best hotel we have stayed at in a long time. Comfortable and spacious rooms, very good restaurant and exceptional staff. The hospitality provided by everyone there was more than exceptional.

“Great place by the river”
Very traditional hotel with a warm welcome. Modern room overlooking river was very nice. Food was excellent, both evening meal and breakfast. Would recommend

“Lovely location and kind people. Easy to walk from hotel to sites to see.”
Great location. Easy to find affordable parking near by. Good shower, lots of hot water.
