Overview
Featuring a private beach on Lake Plessowersee, this hotel is set in a quiet park next to the Märkischer Golf Club. Free Wi-Fi and a good restaurant with own brewed beer. Country-style rooms with flat-screen TVs and a seating area are offered at Zum Rittmeister. The rooms in the Hotel am See are bright and colorful in a country house style. From all rooms, you can access the park-like garden directly via the terrace and from there to the hotel's own beach on the Großer Plessower See. These rooms do not have air conditioning. The rooms in the guest house are modernly furnished and are located in the historic courtyard and impress with their stylish and spacious furnishings. The rooms do not have a terrace but have air conditioning. Pets are not allowed in the guest house. Toiletries are provided and bathrobes are available on request at the reception. Rittmeister’s restaurant offers a range of Brandenburg specialities made with fresh products. Here you can enjoy regional wines as well as our Rittmeister Bräu from the in-house brewery. The landscape around Werder with its many lakes and forests is ideal for hiking and cycling. Werder train station (regional express RE 1) and the Havel thermal baths are only about 5 km away.

“Fantastic”
The best hotel we’ve stayed in on our trip so far. The location in the countryside was peaceful. The staff were amazingly friendly & helpful. Our room was motel style so you could walk directly out the front to the lake. The restaurant food, drinks & service were second to none.

“I would stay again definitively.”
A peace of paradise was at backyard of the hotel rooms. Unfortunately it was a bit cold when i was there otherwise i would lay on sunbets next to the lake. :)

“Nice place but not exactly the quiet countryside bubble I was hoping for”
The place is pretty cozy, I loved that the bedroom door opens directly on the garden and that you can chill by the lake. The breakfast was good too.

Awesome surroundings, smoothly went checkin even though we arrived after midnight. Great location, very close to the motorway, easy access even with 14m long car&trailer. Great parking area even for the car/trailer combination. Aeesome breakfast. Beautiful room, comfortable bed. We were only passing through which was a pitty as could have easily stayed there for longer.

When we arrived the reception was closed. Ther was a phonenumber we callled. There was an automaitc answer in german. There could have been anote in the door that we could pick up the key in the restaurant.
