Our appartement was like a mini villa (room 819) was splendid! Perfect for us. Its original suitable for 4 persons, so 2 bedrooms, comfy bathroom, shower and toilet. Great sunny veranda en slight view on the lake, also from upstairs in the master bedroom with airco. Its personal to remark that the bed is quitte low, mattress is extremely soft, with NO extra molton cover bottem sheet between the sheet and the mattress. In personal opinion absolutely not hygienic.. A strong suggestion to housekeeping!!! Use a molton cover bottem! The kitchenette is practical. At the entrance hall you find a toilet with a sink and liquid soap. The liquid showergel, handsoap, shampoo, conditioner and bodylotion is very delicate! It smells lovely :) After a request at the reception; maintenance brougt an extra sunbed. :) We noticed during breakfast in the restaurant, the first 2 mornings that the service was minimum, including poor napkins and barely a "goodmorning" to the guests. Today, a fresh big group of guests was arrived, and the breakfast service was suddenly upgraded. Nice napkins, a warm welcome, removing 'dirty' tableware. We expecting this as a minimum standard for the whole period. Not only on our day of checkout. So the restaurant has to keep up with a certain level everyday. The hotel made the choice of a cold not heated outside pool and a warm inside pool. Always nice to use the towelservice at the wellness. Nice showers at the wellness, clean! Separated for men / women And bathrobes in your room! Next time I bring my own pillow, the big enormous puffy pillows are too much. This is also personal ;) Yes, we would book again, in the same appartment 819, the beautiful lake and area is really worth the visit.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked a studio room in a modern style, but upon arrival, I was given a standard old-fashioned room. The bathroom was in terrible condition—worn out and shabby. The mattress was completely sunken, making it impossible to sleep comfortably, and the TV was awkwardly placed inside a cabinet. To make things worse, the hotel assumed I was traveling with family and sent me a completely unnecessary greeting. In the room, there was only a single 0.5L bottle of water for two people The receptionist was extremely unprofessional. A young man openly laughed at me because my German is not perfect, which was both rude and humiliating. While the surrounding nature is stunning, with a beautiful lake and scenic views, I had to leave the hotel earlier than planned. I simply could not endure another night on an uncomfortable, sagging sofa, with someone else's hair on the bed sheets. The showerhead sprayed water directly into my face, and the outdated plumbing was difficult to use. Breakfast was disappointing, though dinner was acceptable. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, as the service and room quality did not meet expectations.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Got a really nice room with a huge bed, and a lot of space. The room was really clean and all the essentials were provided. Really enjoyed selection at breakfast. One night we also booked a dinner at the hotel as an extra and it was delicious too. Nice selection of different foods at the buffet. There is also a bar downstairs in the evening, which is great for having some drinks ☺️
