“Amazing honeymoon in Maya caprice”

The hotel is located a walk away from the train station. The view from our room was amazing, the room was big and the staff in both the hotel and restaurant were excellent. In addition the spa was splendid and very clean.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was lovely and comfortable, with a beautiful view that made everything even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was having the cute spa almost to ourselves, which made it feel very relaxing and private. The jacuzzi was especially amazing, offering the best unobstructed view. The breakfast was also very nice with many options. On top of that, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. 100% recommended!

“Huge room, view from balcony and short distance to train station”

Our room has a huge balcony. The view from the balcony is simply heaven! The location!! Yes. This hotel is the nearest to the Wengen station. Alight and walk about 200m slope slight uphill.

The staff and facilities were great. The location is close to the train, and the rooms have a great view of the valley.

The staff are friendly, the view was breathtaking and it is located close to the train station. The spa was terrific after a winter’s day on the mountain. I would stay again.

The views from each room and the dining area are breathtaking. The Spa is sensational. The staff such as Dima, Sanya and Daniel were outstanding and made the stay memorable. A hotel we will certainly return to.

The view from the room balcony is simply stunning and possibly the best in Wengen. We liked to sit on the balcony and breathe in the fresh mountain air. Great sized room with lots of storage and decent sized bathroom. Staff are friendly & prompt at breakfast service. Good choice of breakfast items. Spa is an added bonus and very nicely done.Sofa bed in the annex to the main bedroom not the most comfy but bearable for a 3 night stay. Fascinating to watch the train pass the hotel on its way up the mountain. We loved the location of this hotel as we could explore really easily. Imagine in the winter it is very cosy.

Sauna was good, views are incredibly beautiful from the terrace, room is large.

Close to train, calm and friendly staff. Our room had an amazing view. Bathroom good size. Omelettes cooked for you fresh for breakfast.

“Unreal fairytale-esque stay that will stay with us all forever”

The most convenient position from the train station, THE most lovely staff who helped us with a broken case wheel as soon as we arrived with a special mention going to Sanja who was the face of our stay, helping us with great advice and lovely greetings every day. THE BALCONY VIEW (the most spectacular view I’ve ever seen, I’m getting a canvas made of it) and equally the view from the bar terrace, what a way to have pre dinner drinks. Our junior suite room was amazing - so well thought out; luxurious and clean with fun little den areas for the kids in the ceiling hides. I can’t believe this trip was even real, it was so fairytale-esque. Perfect. Thanks so much Maya Caprice.

Views are magnificent. Dinner in the restaurant is good (the best we experienced in Wengen and we tried a lot of other restaurants). Staff are friendly and efficient.

“Peaceful, tranquil with gorgeous scenery”

The scenery, the peace and quiet, the mattress, the hot tub with scenery, the hot tub being available, the winter salad which was delicious, excellent service, Maria who was an excellent bartender, the sparkling wine, the decor and style mixing the old with modern. This was an excellent place to stay.

Hotal Maya Caprice is located just a few steps away from the train station. It has the most amazing views and a very clean room. Kudos to Lorenzo for handling our booking very promptly and accurately. The staff in the restaurant were mostly nice and polite, except for one. This hotel has to be one of the top hotels in Wengen.
