The Arenas Resort Victoria-Lauberhorn, built in 1897, is centrally located next to the train and cable car station of the car-free Wengen and features up-to-date spa facilities including a swimming pool. “It's clean, comfortable and close to the station but an underwhelming and expensive experience.”
Location is excellent, the hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. Guy who checked us in was great. The garden outside is a nice place for a quick drink. Great views.

“Outstanding hotel at top location with superb staff”
Hotel Victoria-Lauberhorn is a very nice hotel with a classical look. It's very conveniently located within 1 min walking from the train station and has spectular views of the famous Jungfrau from the front facing rooms (see pic from our room). As said, the hotel has a nice classical feel. The staff here truly makes the difference, they are amazing. Breakfast is good in a nice breakfast area with beautiful chandeliers. The restaurant is very good and staff here is very courteous as well. All and all, a very nice hotel with good value for money (at Swiss prices 😅), which we highly recommend. Wengen is a very nice town with a classical feel (and very quiet in low season). And taking the cogwheel train to the Jungfraujoch via Kleine Scheidegg and the Eiger stop is spectacular!!!! We will certainly be back to check out the refurbished rooms and gym/spa/wellness area.

“Amazing views, cozy and quiet accomodation with friendly staff”
Breakfast was good, the spa area was amazing especially the sauna and the outdoor jacuzzi.

“Live it up in Wengen for reasonable price.”
Central location almost outside train station. Large imposing Classic old hotel but modernised to make you feel it was a real treat. Lifts to all floors. Large spacious dining area for comprehensive breakfast. Stunning views of Lauterbrunnen valley or mountains of Jungfrah. Our room in loft space was lower cost choice but perfectly suitable. Headroom alitée restricted on one side of bed. High quality “Pasta and more” restaurant. Decor and food very nice.

“Perfect location to explore Wengen and Top of Europe experience”
The location of the property was excellent as was the architecture. Situated right in the heart of Wengen. It had nice grounds. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable with excellent views.
