I absolutely LOVE the Red Lion Wenatchee, we stayed here 3 times and the staff are fantastic! The place has so much character and has everything you need. I could live here!

This is my third stay at this hotel, and I will be back again. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I appreciate having access to tea and coffee all day. The breakfast buffet is simple, but I have always enjoyed it. The hotel is dated and old, but clean and safe. I had to work during this trip and the wifi was fast and reliable- extremely important to me as I am usually in back-to-back virtual meetings.

The room was spacious and clean. Customer service was excellent. I spent most of my time running around town during the day, and got a nice night's sleep each time. The photos are a bit of a catfish as the building is much older than it appears online. Good coffee in the room!

“The conditions made it hard to relax.”

Hello, Unfortunately, our stay was not as comfortable as we had hoped. The mattresses were uncomfortable, and the pillows were not suitable for sleeping. They seemed more decorative than functional — it was impossible to sleep on them, and we woke up with neck pain. Additionally, the air conditioner was very loud all night. It didn’t cool the room properly and kept turning on and off with a loud noise, making it impossible to sleep. What was most unpleasant was finding a lot of black hair on both beds. I didn’t even take pictures — it was just extremely uncomfortable to lie in that bed. We were too tired to bring it up in person, but I believe it’s important to let you know. I hope you’ll take steps to improve the experience for future guests.

“Lovely and friendly staff made all the difference”

Friendly and helpful check in, Sammy even went to fetch items that were not in reception and she delivered to our room. Earlier she had seen us splashed by sprinklers while unloading the car. While we had a laugh, she was also busy taking photos to show her GM - great initiative. Room was large and comfortable. There were 2 sinks and toiletries included body lotion.
