The staff were excellent. One female staff member was cleaning up a tipped over breakfast tray and was still kind to the patrons complaining about the breakfast supplies. Sorry I don't have her name.

“Someone dropped the ball”
Booked 2 rooms weeks ago for a family getaway. Go to check-in, and there's only 1 room for us. Hotel blames booking, booking blames hotel, drive around for 2 hours while they try to figure it out, end up driving home in icy/foggy conditions in the middle of the night because nothing else is available. Mini vacation ruined.
