Hotel room is clean , the bed is comfortable, the lobby is beautiful with Xmas decoration , and there are free tea and coffee offered to the guests

Very nice Hotel! Good location! The room we were in was very clean. I liked the pool and the 2 hot tubs were good. One hot tub was outside! That was cool. Well we were unlucky as there was no snow outside.

The location was convenient to the Convention Center, parking was easy. The pool nice, and the beds super comfy. Lots of hot water for showers. A/C efficient.

Location is great, rooms are a good size. Pool and Jacuzzis were great and a good temperature. Staff were really helpful and informative of the area. Rooms we clean and warm.

“The pool was nice, the beds were decent and the staff was amazing. Everything else was disappointin”
The Staff was super friendly and helpful and even though the breakfast was disappointing the girl who was in charge of re-stalking it was on Point! She checked it every few min and made sure that even though supplies were limited that at least everyone had an opportunity to have something. Great job!
