“Excellent place for young couples and surfers”
Pasindu, the owner of the place, was the best host we could ever hope for. Any problem or enquiry he was glad to help with. Even when our friends missed the bus, he offered a bike without any pay. So many thanks to him for his kindness and hospitality. The accommodations were very good. A comfortable bed, good room, always working Wi-fi, kitchen on the top floor. Very good breakfast, each day something new and local. Plus we could ask for something. The location for some might be questionable, because it's 20 minute walk from the town center, but for us it was perfect. The beach is just across the road where we surfed (a quiet place with not a lot of people), good restaurants nearby.

“Very pleasant”
The entire apartment is private, with a separate entrance. Breakfast is served on the top-floor terrace overlooking the bay, featuring a variety of delicious traditional Sri Lankan dishes prepared fresh each day. The hosts are incredibly helpful and attentive, assisting with everything from transportation to organizing activities. Highly recommended!

Watsila resort was situated between Weligama town and Mirissa. The host and resort owner was lovely and took very good care of us. Breakfast served at the roof terrace was tasty and we were able to borrow e.g., snorkeling equipment from the resort. We highly recommend this place and hopefully will visit Watsila again in the future.

“That's how Sri Lankan hospitality feels like”
We were greeted with the warmest hospitality imaginable from the moment we arrived. Pasindu and his family went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness throughout our nearly two-week stay. He recommended a lot of places to see near Weligama. Each morning, we had a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast. Pasindu introduced us to a whole variety of flavors and dishes. As for the room, it had everything we needed for our stay - a comfortable bed, shower, A/C. The local beach is a 10-minute walk. Supermarket - 30min walk, but you can use a bus or tuk-tuk. Bus stops are 10min walk as well. We really enjoyed our time in Weligama. The hosts' kindness and generosity made our stay truly unforgettable. Thank you for an experience we will cherish!

Omg! I just met the perfect host ever! He cares a lot about the place and clients. So warm and nice hosting. And so nice and honest person. Pasindu (the host) helps with everything: give the links to nice places to visit, bought a shower gel (coz I didn’t want to use a soap), gave bike for rent and didn’t want to take money for it, cooked very delicious breakfast and drinks and at the end gave such a grate presents for me. And I wrote postcard for him. It’s lovely place, even the kitchen is in the room, you can cook something you want, the shower is with warm water, bed is big and comfortable, new A/C and cozy garden. Very nice shower with plants. Everything is very clean. If you want to live in lovely and warm place - welcome to Pasindu! :)))

“Amazing time with the best host!”
Really nice and clean rooms, located close to the beach, where you can take cheap surf lessons, swim and eat at nice restaurants (just a road needs to be crossed). But the most amazing part of this place is the host and his lovely family! He organized a scooter for us (cheapest price we had at Sri Lanka), a barbecue for us and drove us to Polhena beach where we could go snorkeling with turtles (super amazing!). We felt very welcomed, thank you for that! So don't miss this place on your journey!

a small new hotel of a very kind local family, you feel at home there. it was a very comfortable and stylish accommodation in a very good location. if you need to order a transfer to the airport, rent a bike, exchange money - Pasindu always will help you to do it very profitably.

“TOP hotel in Weligama”
The hotel is awesome! We stayed there for almost a week and I regret we could not stay longer. The room was big and well furnished (which is unique for Sri Lankan hotels). There is a great place on the roof top for chilling and doing yoga. It is located in 2 minutes walk to the beach. And the host was super helpful and friendly:) Comparing to many overpriced hotels in the region, this one is simply top.

A stay at this location highlights to you that when you have stayed at other places you did not get good value for your money. This place is exceptional, high in standards, facilities and comfort. The service you get from the owner is so much more than other places. The breakfast is truly amazing, they put a breakfast in front of us and it looked like a banquet. Amazing tastes and so so much, massive portions of everything. The owner is an amazing and very kind man who just can not do enough to help you in any way he can.

Pasindu is an excellent host, he loves this place and does everything to make his guests feel welcome. He made amazing (and huuge) breakfasts for us (smoothies, omelettes, lots of fresh fruits...). He also organised a common dinner (barbecue and local Sri Lankan food) for everyone which was a great way to socialise with other guests and with him. He also gave us lots of advice. The location is great if you want to spend time in Weligama and Mirissa (its in the middle). The villa is located next to the main road and close to the beach and a very nice restaurant (Fujisan). Also, great place for working remotely.
