Very nice owners, welcoming and making sure you have what you need. Comfortable and clean rooms with balcony and AC. Good restaurants close by.we enjoyed our stay !

“Incredible hosts and a beautiful stay”

They allowed us to check in early and then we got all confused and managed to check out late too- even though both was totally our fault and our mismanagement the hosts showed only kindness and love towards us and we are so grateful. The room was lovely and big and in such a good location for the main beach and the Main Street. We can’t thank you enough for having us!

Amazing place , I really enjoyed staying there . Very nice , clean room with everything you need . Run by lovely family , you can feel that they take care of it . Very good location , close to the beach and surf spots but a bit further from the main street. I would definitely stay there again :)

A very nice place to stay in Weligama. The staff were so friendly and ver helpful, and the room was really nice with everything I needed including a fridge and water! The location is slightly out of the centre of Weligama making it peaceful but still an easy walk to everything!

Perfect place to stay! Rooms are clean, spacious with a balcony or terrace, tedy and cosy. Very helpfull manager can arrange anything. Very calm part of town guatantee perfect place to restaurant. 2 min by walk to the beach, 10 min to town center.

We initially booked for 3 nights but ended up staying for 8, since we loved the room so much. The house in a small alleyway, so calm and quiet, yet very close to the beaches, many nice restaurants and the centre of Weligama (10-15 minute walk). The hosting family is very kind and hospitable. Super comfortable bed and lots of storage space to unpack your clothes, nice balcony to have breakfast during sunrise and dry your stuff after surf. Cute cafe next door as well that we recommend!

Lovely host, great location, beautiful space

100 m from the beach and surf camp, off season you have to walk 10 minutes to get to the center where most restaurants are. Room was very comfortable and clean They made me rent the motorbike to travel around

Great stay in Surf Lavendar with very attentive hosts, great location right on the beach and comfortable room with a huge bed. We even received a lovely gift from the host on departure which was such a sweet tough. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great time here in Weligama, the room was super clean and well equipped with fridge, kettle and even a chopping board and a knife to have fruit on the lovely balcony.

The host and his wife are very kind, attentive and friendly. They welcomed us with a King Coconut as welcome drink, which was just perfect after a long bus ride. The room was very clean with a fresh smell of cinnamon. The location is close to the beach and bus stand for busses to Galle/Colombo. It's a quiet area, so you're not disturbed by traffic or long and loud parties. Definitely go for the breakfast!!! It was such an ample offer of food, every morning something different, typical Sri Lankan and lots of fruit (special fruit like guava, sour sop,...) Also they didn't ask for good recommendation, which is worth a good one in itself!! It really was a personal atmosphere there and we enjoyed our stay very much. :)

Amazing friendly and helpful staff. Very quiet (only 3 rooms in gated property) very very clean, aircon good, bed comfortable, all appliances and hot water worked well. Big kitchen with everything in it you can use at any time also. 10/10 would highly recommend this place if looking to stay in weligama :)

I love basiclly everything. Really cosy, spacious, brand new looking room, drinking water was provided, really nice view for the mango trees. Quiet area, close to the beach and nice restaurants. Own fridge and basic stuff like keattle, glasses and cups, tea, coffie:) also really nice shared kitchen

We stayed at surf lavender for 5 nights and absolutely loved it! The hosts Chaminda and Edna made us feel very welcome and were always ready and happy to help with whatever we needed! They are incredibly kind people :) The location is also great, close to shops and cafes and the main roads, but yet we were not disturbed by any noises. The room was just like in the pictures and equipped with everything we needed. A big plus for us was being able to use the water filter! We are definitely staying at surf lavender again next time we come to weligama!
