First of all, very friendly and helpful staff. Dilan helped with many questions about the area and activities, helped with booking trips and even offered free rides on his scooter around nearby locations and interesting places. The place itself is conveniently located on the alley between two roads so there isn't much noise. There are several nice seafood restaurants on the beach nearby. A breezy sitting area on the roof. The room was clean, quite spacious with properly working ac and fan.

Both me and my friend were very happy about this hotel. The location was perfect! We felt also were safe and the security was super nice. The bed was comfortable, size of the room was perfect with everything you need for a simpel vacation. We would really recommend this place!

The property was clean, new, comfortable, and in a good location. There was only one security guard who was nice. The roof top was a beautiful place to eat breakfast with so many birds flying around.

“Lovely big room”
Room and bathroom were very big and everything was clean. Shower was hot. WiFi is by far the best we've had in Sri Lanka. It was even better than at home in the UK. The rooftop was nice, clean with seating to have breakfast and take aways. It even has a kitchen on the roof to use. Staff were incredibly kind and nice. Always around to help, open the gate, security and just have a chat. They even gave us umbrellas when it rained. Location is by the sea and walking distance to everything.
