We had a room with a balcony it didn't overlook the river but did have a nice view of palm trees.

Spacious and comfortable room with a working air conditioning, private bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the river. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Laundry service was available, which was very convenient. The area felt safe and quiet. It’s slightly outside the main center, but renting a scooter completely solves that and gives flexibility. Overall, a very good balance between price and quality.

So close to the centre but literally in the nature. The room is very sunny and spacious and has a great balcony with amazing view. Also there is a shared kitchen that you can use, as well as hot water in the shower. I really recommend this place!

The room was huge and the staff were lovely. It was in a quieter part of Weligama which was nice

I stayed at this hotel for one night and was not satisfied with my experience. The location felt a bit too remote for my taste, and the air conditioner was extremely noisy, which made it impossible for me to use it. In addition, the internet stopped working around 6:30 PM because the data package had run out. Although the owners were very kind and professional, these issues made my stay uncomfortable, and I decided to leave after just one night. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.

It was really clean. The room was big and comfortable, we had also terrace with a view for river. It was possible to buy water there which was helpful. Area is quiet. The staff were nice.
