“Perfect cozy family-owned dog-friendly hotel”

Everything was perfect. This is a family-owned small hotel. Very clean, very cozy, rooms and territory too. In the night very quite. One of the best noise-cancelling windows I saw, but we slept with an open window in the night, also very quiet. Hotel opened 13 years ago but looks as good as new. Absolutely perfect. 11/10. Would definitely return here. Dogs are welcome for 10€/stay.

Dear Pension Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience we had during our stay. After making our booking, we discovered that check-in was only available between 14:00 and 22:00. Since we were arriving after 22:00, we immediately started trying to contact the property for assistance. We sent messages via Booking.com and by email but received no response. When we called the contact number listed for the property, we were met with an automated voicemail message in German. As someone who doesn’t speak German, how was I supposed to understand what was being communicated? (We managed to use a voice message translator after multiple attempts and finally understood some of the information). Eventually, we found a second contact number and reached out to inform the property that we would be arriving by train at 23:00, taking a taxi directly to the property, and requested that someone be available to check us in. We were assured that this was fine. However, when we arrived at the property, the main door was locked, and no one was present. We called the number again, and the person told us, and I quote, "the key is under the door." There was no key, only a key safe box, but no one had provided us with the pin code in advance. We had to call again, and only after asking directly “what is the code” we receive the code. I confirmed the code with the person, but when we tried to enter it multiple times, the box wouldn’t open. I sent a message to ask if the pin code was correct, but there was no reply. We were left unable to access the main door in the middle of the night. When I called the number again, it was switched off. We had no choice but to spend the night outside, literally on the street. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had, and I am deeply disappointed with the lack of support and communication from the property. I expect a prompt response to address this situation.

“Nice place to stay and visit the nearby Dresden”

The pension (an old and fully restructured house) has not a real reception but you have to call the phone number shown on the door. The owner answers providing you very clear information to enter and get access to the room. The single bed room (wider than 12 square meters) was very comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was very rich and the food good. Nice place to stay and visit the nearby Dresden. No parking place inside but plenty of space on the road. Recommended. Nice restaurants at about 5 minutes walking.

We arrived very late due to the traffic, but the room was perfect. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable, Breakfast was also delicious and good.

This was a very clean and quiet place situated 25 minutes drive.from the center of.Dresden had really good breakfast, charming surroundings, its pretty new the whole facility. Highly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay in the summer house of the Pension Kalinde.
