“Clean and spacious”
Very clean and spacious. Had almost everything we needed and the location was good as well.

“don’t stay here if you have kids that need to sleep”
it is attached to a car park that is used for a carnival, with the sounds of the carnival penetrating throughout the house til 10pm Friday and 11pm Saturday. the owner has to tell people with kids about this, otherwise a stay with kids is not viable. and he did not tell us about this. his response was that he did not know about the carnival (it’s been happening for a week before we arrived, so it’s impossible for him not to have noticed), some people book specifically for the carnival (which contradicts his first point - well how would they do this if they don’t know about it) and that we should have booked in a village instead (we would have if we had known about the carnival)
