“Heavenly and magical- we are already planning to go back 🥰”
Everything- it’s heaven on earth. The messages at the Spa are superb. The pool is gorgeous with the most wonderful, kind and helpful safeguards and attendants. The food in all the restaurants is excellent- both the buffets and À la Carte (and of course the welcome cookies and mango drink too). Booking the karaoke room was fun. The location on the lake and the views were just breathtaking.

Amazing stay, spacious room and great service. Specially the evening bord watching activity organised by front desk and strolling around the lake are most recommended.

“Very beautiful hotel”
Amaring and very huge swimming pool, with nice pool bar. There are beautiful green spaces with tree and flower, just boarding the lake where you can see plenty of birds and it seemd crocodiles, but we didn't see it. The breakfast and restaurants menu are very good with great view. The bedrooms are very nice with direct access to the terrasse that opening to the swimming pool garden.

The location is amazing. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor. Both dinner and breakfast buffet were delicious, with. huge variety of options! The staffs were very attentive and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable.

“Serene Escape with Outstanding Service!!!”
Had a really great stay overall. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, with a very relaxing atmosphere. Rooms were spacious, clean, and super comfortable, especially the bedding. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Big shoutout to Mr. Samalka for the excellent housekeeping — loved the creative towel art! Also appreciated Mr. Disnaka for his kindness and going the extra mile by bringing us fresh omelettes straight to our table. Food was tasty with good options, and the whole place felt very hygienic and well-managed. Definitely a memorable experience.
