Pension Genat is situated just 300 metres from Mellendorf S-Bahn Train Station, offering direct connections to Hanover Main Station and the Hanover Exhibition Grounds as well as good access to Hanover Airport. Pension Genat is 2 km from the A7 motorway between Hanover and Hamburg, and 4 km from the A352 motorway that runs to the A2 motorway between Hanover and Berlin. The accommodation is 14 km from Hanover Airport and 20 km from Hamburg city centre. The Hanover Exhibition Centre can be reached in 27 minutes by car. This location is also ideal for through-travellers heading north to the Serengeti Park or the Vogelpark Walsrode (bird park), as well as for tradesmen or business travellers in the Hanover area. Hikers will appreciate the nearby R1 hiking route. The Wedemark water park, ice rink and children’s adventure play centre can all be reached within 600 metres of the accommodation. Meitzer Lake is a 5-minute drive away. Guests can park at the ABZ Mellendorf (adult education centre) and large companies such as Sennheiser and Medi-Tech are also within 4 km.

Very comfortable stay. Extremely clean, and easy, flexible check in. Comfortable beds in a quiet location just off the highway. Great communication from the hosts. Super convenient for an overnight stay driving from Berlin to Cologne.

“Extreme value for money”
