What a stunning apartment - Would highly recommend! The listing states no pre-payment is needed, but Susan says this is an automated site setting, because Booking.com is designed more for hotels. Flats don’t have receptions like hotels! This is clear in the listing and I paid by bank transfer after I booked, to Susans Hong Kong bank account. But Susan made it really easy. The cleaner greeted me and apparently pops in to say hello to every guest, which is helpful so we knew how everything worked. The flat was spotlessly clean and I was surprised with the luxury bedlinens. She advised that cooking items like salt, pepper, oils, teas are left for guests’ convenience. The flat is super luxurious, fully fitted with everything you can imagine and really nicely decorated. Each room has a balcony with unobstructed dazzling views of the Indian Ocean. There is a pool on the roof and beach/ pool towels. The flat is 2mins walk from the beach which you walk over train tracks to get to – there are great bars and restaurants on the beach. Definitely coming back!
