“Could be better with more professiona staff”
None. No hospitality at all and clients do not feel welcome. I had a very late checkout and the receptionist was not in a state to understand anything.

the staff was very friendly, flexible. I even was upgraded to a room with a better sea view. The house is well located and very calm. I will come back next time when i‘ll stay in Colombo

Actually very nice place to stay with calm surrounding. Kavindu from the staff are very friendly and kind and he did need full things. New interior and nice wooden balcony with the sea view, I recommend to everyone to come and stay as this hidden calm place even in the busiest town.
