It's a home environment. The day we visited there was no one and we had complete freedom. We were given the upper floor and there was a direct view of the sea. I was sitting all alone at the terrace at midnight enjoying the space where I was so thrilled by the planes which were about to land at Karnataka International Airport. It was a Tuesday in between 23 to 24 hours. I remember when I was travelling for my work both directions were used and how beautiful it was seen tonight from the ground. Excellent place for relaxing tonight at the rooftop. The owner's wife Mrs Sriyani was so helpful & Sri Lankan hospitality was in full scale. I recommend the place and wish them all the best

The lady who looked after the house was very sweet. She didn't speak much English but even so she did her best to accommodate us, we loved her.

The breakfast was excellent. We were offered 'String Hoppers' with a Dhal Curry and Coconut Sambol. Also, we were offered Orange Juice, bananas and Ceylon Tea... Delicious!!!

It's run by an old Sri Lankan couple who are very kind and helpful. The House is close to the beach and you can walk for 3 minutes to get there. Airport is 30 minutes away from the house which is what we needed. Two Bottles of water were provided. The owners brother dropped us to the airport at 11pm at night (for a price, ofcourse). So that was one less worry for us.

This place is really a villa and when you settle there, you become part of the family that lives there. The owners are very pleasant and friendly people, they get to know you and ask about your needs. Resting in the villa, you do not feel like a stranger, you know that if necessary, the owners will meet you and take care of you. I am a vegetarian and the owner's wife understood my needs and prepared delicious vegetarian breakfasts. It's just across the road to the ocean, shopping in the capital city of Colombo, a 30-minute rickshaw ride to a shopping center with a promenade. A pleasant villa, pleasant hosts, pleasant walks along the ocean and pleasant shopping in the capital of Sri Lanka. I wish everyone a pleasant holiday

The villa is beautiful and situated right near the beach. The family is wonderful, they made me feel like one of their own. Food was fantastic! 10/10

Absolutelly beautiful villa. Basic equipment, but large terraces. Atzractive to all who like minimalistic design.

its mentioned toiletries are provided and wifi, but when i ask for it ,they said im asking too much, stayed there for 10hrs only i paid full price and i even add 1000slr for the ac room since I didn’t notice that the first room is just a fan

Everything good

Our stay was just amazing. The host was super nice. Our room was so big and the air conditioning worked very good (we got upgraded) The breakfast was just amazing we don't have words for that. We got everything that we could imagine. The beach was close, they showed us the way for the perfect sunset. They were super helpful with everything. You got a nice rooftop super clean rooms and a nice beach view! We definitely recommended the stay!! Thank you so much for having us!
