Reception staff were extremely friendly and accomodating, although I didn't catch his name, he also helped me to book another night when my plans changed, the restaurant staff at red rock trattoria were also super accomodating at that point, even though I wasn't dining at the time. The room (without loft) was well spaced out , fireplaces in bedroom and living rooms, with easy access . Easy parking, walkable access to everywhere in Waterton. I dined at the Trattoria for my first night, great service and friendly staff, book in advance

Bed is really high ! Difficult to get into. The televisions were difficult to control and no manuals to explain them .

Great service, staff very friendly. Beautiful room and facilities. Bed was very comfy and washroom was great. Fridge, microwave, and Nespresso were nice to have. Lots of space. Patio was well used. A/C was welcome on the hot days. Would stay again.

Property was wonderful. Clean, spacious. Modern loft suite with balcony. Views of the mountains were amazing. Staff were friendly.

We Liked the design and layout of the room, very comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant meals were delicious and reasonable priced.

“Romantic getaway”

They were very accommodating with regards to our stay, I had to reschedule due to bad weather. When we arrived, our vehicle got stuck in the snow, employees from the Inn, came out to help us out, as well as a few bystanders. They allowed me to park my vehicle in front of the main doors and we were able to check in earlier. The restaurant was amazing, the food was delicious.

The suite was very small especially for the price. If you wanted more coffee, toilet paper etc you had to be in your room in the AM to answer the door or take a list of needs to the front desk. The location was good tho and there was ample parking.

Beautiful room with a small balcony and a stunning mountain view. The town itself is lovely as well. We had a great stay — everything we needed was there.
