“Staff were fabulous at this perfectly located hotel. with any request”

Our good sized ground floor room opened onto a patio with a table and chairs, with lawn and a view of the lake. Wildlife was abundant (including deer grazing nearby). The in-house restaurant was excellent too.

Prime location in Waterton, we ate in the pub rather than the restaurant, the beer and food were good.

Lovely Hotels, obviously a fantastic location,. The only issue we had was that the bed was very uncomfortable, extremely soft, and offered zero support, so we didn't sleep very well.

The breakfast was not included, and the menu was full of large meals. Lovely food but a whole days worth of food.

The lodge feels ... traditional - a bit old fashioned - which I really liked. And it is very well maintained. Everything works well.

I think if your lodging is open, you should have had at least the pub open. Also, access to an ice machine . Having to get ice from the front desk a joke. What's up with the lack of getting ice? Really?

“Beautiful spot in Waterton”

The room was comfortable and clean. Hotel location is perfect. Having a pub and restaurant on-site is also a big plus. Cocktails and restaurant food quality was excellent.

Gorgeous location right on the lake. Our room walked right out and had seating to enjoy the views. Large clean room with a comfortable bed. We'll be back!!

“A comfortable, welcoming hotel with wonderful staff perfect for a couple of days in Waterton.”

This was a two night stopover between being in Glacier Park and heading up to Banff National Park and it was a lovely stay. The hotel was easy to find, check in smooth, the room comfortable and well equipped and the staff were lovely. We had a great couple of days in Waterton which is a really lovely, relaxing place with some beautiful places nearby to explore.
