Room condition needs improvement. The maintenance panel was left open with equipment exposed, which raised safety concerns. Carpet was not clean, and the room had only one chair for a double room. Space was tight. Location is convenient, but overall comfort and cleanliness could be better.

Great location, great price. Right on campus so it can get rowdy/noisy outside - but, feels safe, quiet hours in place, decent parking included. Basic amenities included- we dont need more than that. Very convenient.

“Wonderful Stay at the United College! ♥️”
We were so impressed with how well kept the location is. Room was beautiful and clean. Everything that you need for your stay is there. College is very close to Laurier University-perfect location! Too bad it was raining the whole day so we couldn't explore the surrounding area a bit more.
