We arrived at Tembo Village and directly felt welcomed. Jojo the manager showed us the whole comport, our room and gave us a lot of informations about Watamu. We had our own kitchen and a outside livingroom. It was all clean and comfortable. We extended our 3 nights stay and ended up staying with her for 2 weeks. The pool was big and clean.

“Felt like home! Will be back soon. 🥳”
The rooms. The ambience since it felt like home. The owners live there and was a pleasure chatting with them and other visitors. Nice bbq spot. Close to walkable places. If you need a boda guy, we have a dude named Eric, ask the manager.. The employees were friendly and polite.

Really great place to stay if you’re in Watamu for more than a couple of days and want the ability to cook for yourself but also feel like you’re on holiday. Josephine and the team took very good care of us, and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay (including the number for a fantastic local pizza restaurant). Pool is brilliant and is kept extremely clean.

The owner Josephine and the stuff are so friendly and welcoming.The place is amazing with a nice swimming Pool feels like Paradise with palm trees and beautiful plants. It is near the beach and close to main watamu center where you can find all the necessities you need. Clean and nice apartment with African aestheic. Would definately recommend.

“Exceptionally superfluous”
The location is accessible next to the road, the signage well clear, its expansive. It has green spaces for relaxing and a standard swimming pool. It has a beautiful garden and seating spaces one can actually enjoy a drink of coconut on site. I highly recommend it.
