All the staff was amazing, very gentle people, helpful with anything you might need, always smiling, most of them speak multiple languages. The pool pool areas are green, spacious and very peaceful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The staff was very welcoming and responded immediately to any queries or requests I had. The location is perfect as you have the beach right in front of you. The room was cold enough with the AC. The wifi strength and speed at the reception area is fantastic. Rooms cleaned daily and cleaned well. Very friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant. Very fancy hotel bracelets with color code and nicely branded( sadly didn't get a picture of it).

“Good hotel, but very dirty beach. Not again.”
The beach was very dirty, it was not maintained well. There was so much garbage that you had to walk over garbage to access the ocean. Haven't seen that anywhere else before.

“Excellent resort to recharge your energy, highly recommended!”
Excellent resort in watamu right in front of the beach. Facilities were excellent, great daytime and evening entertainment, staff super friendly, food very good, buffet and live cooking stations. Staff all spoke Italian. The resort is part of a great Italian tour operator. Next door restaurant papà Remo is also very recommended with fresh seafood and nice atmosphere.
