Pool was defo the highlight. Clean and very well organised. The Mapango restaurant is awesome. Staff very friendly. I’ve appreciated the guards keeping beach boys away.

The location of the hotel in fantastic. We looked online as we were a bit confused about the maps locations and pictures of the pool by the sea but there’s a little walkway down. The staff and animation team are very friendly and the resort is well located.

I loved the pools, proximity to the beach and the supportive staff. They had great entertainment in the evenings, like acrobats, dancing and the disco tour.

A wonderful hotel which has a great vibe. You will also meet Kenyans as guests there. It is not faceless, that distinguishes it from other hotels in Watamu. Great employees. Good value for the price. Tap water is somehow salty, but considering all the great other good things, we could accept that easily. We will come back, thanks to Lily Palm!

Beautiful views, very epic. Quiet and provided such a peaceful and fun time. The pools were well maintained and my kids had lots of fun jumping there. The pools staff were really kind and always at hand to support. I liked that the rooms had hot showers as it was a cold season. The beach was well maintained and the staff ensured we had sun beds and there was security for the area around the hotel - felt like a private beach - this was very commendable. The hotel had activities every evening and that was very interesting. The diving lessons by the Black Marlin divers at the pool were epic at very affordable rates. and our session diving at sea was very memorable.

I like the services, included pool, doing massages and all the activities: the staff is very kind and polite, for any questions, they try to fix them immediately. The food is very good (and for an italian guy is difficult to say that).
