Casa Maridadi is a tastefully decorated, well-equipped, luxurious and truly wonderful place to stay. It is close to the beautiful Papa Remo beach and restaurant, and the rest of Watamu is easily accessible by tuk-tuk or car, which you can call up easily. There's an excellent swimming pool 1 minute away. Ash the host and Winnie the housekeeper on site are friendly, responsive and helpful. Watamu is an interesting a lovely place to be on holiday - our highlights were the beach, the food, the snake farm, the crab shack in the mangrove forest and the Gede Ruins.

“Excellente house for a group to enjoy Papa Remo Beach.”

The location is perfect. You can easily walk to the beach... There is only one property between the house and the beach. There is an access door and a road that takes you to the beach, only a 2-minute walk. If you want to enjoy the famous Saturday night beach party at Papa Remo, stay here. The host is responsive and generously offers tips on what to do and where to go.

Casa Maridadi will always symbolize for me the best accommodation I have ever had. It had everything we needed, from beautiful spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, to gorgeous patios with the views over the Indian Ocean. The pool was at our disposal, the security made us feel safe and welcome. I can only highly recommend Casa Maridadi - the most luxurious accommodation I have ever stayed in.

“Spacious and beautiful house few steps from the beach”

Our stay was very safe, comfortable and pleasant. Ash is a the host ever, he provided very detailed instructions and recommendation, we had everything we need. The house is very big and it is with personal touch which is always an advantage. You have all the shops and facilities you need just within walking distance. The Italian restaurant Papa Remo is quite good and has a beautiful sea view. The area is quite and safe

Perfect location, very safe area, super easy access to the beach. The house is well equipped and constantly taken care of. You will feel like home. The owner is a very kind and super helpful person. There is not a single negative thing I could think of.

The apartment was clean and beautifully curated. Some of the most incredible artwork I have seen in a rental apartment. The cleaner Winnie was fabulous and we were also tipped off on an excellent masseuse. I received excellent guidance on restaurants in the area too! Thank you Ash for setting up everything so well for us.

“Masterpiece home”

This house is huge and very well-decorated. Everything in it has so many details: paintings, furniture, lights, Mirrors, a bathroom, and glasses (made from used wine bottles) in the kitchen. There is a very large living room. We loved the lighting in the bedroom, which has a very soft design. The kitchen has everything one needs: an espresso machine, sandwich machine, toasters, you name it. Every bedroom has its own terrace, and our favourite one was the top terrace outdoor shower with a view of the ocean, so you are connected to the water. It is a very safe compound with a large pool. There are good restaurants nearby, and the beach next door is like a postcard. We were impressed that the whole house runs on solar energy.We highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back soon.

Serenity, coziness , simple details, plants, carefully decorated rooms and essential lights everywhere ☀️ Neutral interior colors and pleasant zones for your comfort and privacy will let you get relaxed gently 🪷 every room has a big terrace and well equipped bathrooms 💦 And the highest floor ambience took my heart forever ☺️ breathtaking sunrise~sunset~ocean views and fresh air adventure spirit of the house encourages 🪽 The kitchen has everything you need for cooking as well as coffee machine and blender , also potable water is provided. It’s a pleasure to cook there and have a dinner on the terrace 🥹 Easy to get from the Malindi airport ~ 20 mins by car . We rented a car in advance / it’s cheaper than taxi and pretty convenient to explore the village , and you have private parking near property /🦏 The most beautiful Watamu beach is just in 2 mins walking distance by short path surrounded by green garden 🌿 Ash is a great host, always online to help! His house is so consciously organized !!! Perfect quality of everything you use are surprising, unexpected details prove that the owner definitely ,,thinks outside the box,,😎 I highly recommend to stay here and enjoy every moment ☺️🌿
