The people, the service, the hospitality that the hotel offered is first class. We were a bit late to arrive at late evening. The lady at the reception who has a kind of Australian accent (sorry I did not ask her name but got to know she indeed spent a short time in Australia) was super nice, extremely kind and very helpful. Thank you! After checking in, we came back to order a glass of rose and orange juice. We got a pleasant surprise that they offered for free, perhaps as a present for holiday. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. Decent breakfast and convenient parking.

We were returning to an area where we'd previously lived but had never visited the Burg before. We spent a comfortable night. Dinner and breakfast were lovely. The staff members were very helpful and accommodating to all the guests. We would rebook here if passing through again and would definitely consider staying longer.

Amazing views, excellent restaurant good parking very well appointed rooms with coffee and tea making facilities. Staff very friendly and welcoming took time to show us to our rooms. Beds extremely comfortable.

“great stay in old Castle”
Very comfortable bed! Good shower, good breakfast, nice staff. Great terrace for a drink and dinner. Sitting area had a good couch. All was very clean. I could put my bicycle inside in a safe spot. Very helpfull staff
