“Excellent Family stay in Wassen”

The chalet was spotless and in the perfect location for us as visiting family in Wassen. If you want to cook there is everything you need plus an excellent coffee machine. Plenty of room for a big family and smart tv if needed. Showers were excellent with lots of hot water and powerful. Terrace get the early morning sunshine and perfect if you enjoy watching the trains go past.

What a beautiful Swiss Chalet! We absolutely loved our stay at this very cozy, clean and spacious chalet. The owner was very nice and helpful. We really appreciated the welcome bottle of wine and chocolates, it was beautiful gesture. The fully equipped kitchen let us prepare our meals with ease and the outside barbeque area was an absolute winner. Everything we needed was at our fingertips and the mountain view was breathtaking. We hope to return in future. Thank you.

Cleanliness was excellent! The host replied very fast and was very pleasant. There are all needed facilities in the house. As mentioned in reviews and by the host herself, the house is located at the steep hill, but there is possibility to park one car down the hill. We were lucky that it was no ice on the road and we could get up the hill quite well.

Very cosy, clean and spacious chalet. The owner was very nice and helpful with our unexpected late check-in. A welcome bottle of wine and chocolates was a very beautiful gesture. The large and fully equipped kitchen let us prepare all possible meals. Our family really enjoyed our two days journey in this beautiful place.

Check in was uncomplicated. The place is huge and equipped with everything you need. The kids liked watching the train go by from the balcony.

It is an amazing place. The accommodation has EVERYTHING you need. From oils and herbs for meals; teas and filled coffee machine: dishwasher tablets, hair-dryers and charger cables and adaptors. She had thought of everything! After coming from camping near Venice, this was a 5 Star hotel!!! Worth every Frank. We have a VW Caddimaxi and made it up the steep drive....not a problem! We are travelling with family visiting from Australia. After arriving at this amazing location and house, we just had to finish the experience with a Swiss Cheese Fondue, which complimented the delicious red wine and chocolates that we were gifted on arrival.
