Very convenient location, a big advantage is the free underground parking. Everything is very clean and tidy, and there is everything you might need. The host is very caring — we were pleasantly surprised to even find chocolate waiting for us upon arrival :) The view from the window is also very beautiful.

The owner is very responsive and helpful. Communication went very smoothly and her solution-oriented support was much appreciated. The location is great, with nice restaurants and grocery shops around. The apartment is nice, spacious and cosy, but (normal) wear can be noticed in certain areas. Overall, a very good place to stay in Warsaw.

The urbanic view from the balcony, mostly early in the morning when it's foggy. Also the tea was tasty, and the level of cleanliness - perfect.

“Highly recommended”
The location is perfect, groceries, bakery, cafes. Parking is including. The apartment is new, tidy, really well equipped.

“Great stay in the heart of Warsaw.”
We looked for apartment with private parking and it was great. Wola is one of the most expensive parts of Warsaw and you can tell that by the office building design :)) streets are clean, buildings are new and posh, Putkas (bakery) and Zabkas (small grocery store) everywhere, caffees etc. Building had fast and spacious elevator. Apartment had balcony which, after it got dark, was really cosy. TV had Netflix logged in, coffee machine had 4 coffee capsules, there was really delicious tea and we found a small gift - a choco bar for each :) By the way - Putka (just outside the entrance) has really great breakfast bagels.
