Good location if you are visiting Warsaw. Parking for extra fee located in underground. Basic apartment, basic breakfest.

Stay was good. Parking inside the building, with car easy access.

We stayed at the hotel with our family in a junior suite and really enjoyed it. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, and the staff were polite. There was an excellent breakfast, and the atmosphere was pleasant. A great option for a family stay!

We checked in and during our check in we were asked if we would like a cleaning and towel service. We paid for it so naturally yes, we would like it. The next day we left the room in the morning and returned later in the evening to see that our room was not cleaned and worst of all towels were not changed. We went downstairs to the reception to ask what happened and were greeted by a girl working there who was not herself and rude telling us that there’s nothing she can do. We asked again if she could just give us a pair of clean towels, she just said no again very rudely. We went back to the room and I wrote a google review. In the morning our room phone rang and I was asked if I can come downstairs so we can talk about my google review and if I can remove it. I said no. She asked again, I said maybe later. We went out again, then my personal phone rang and it was the hotel. I did not answer. We came back to the hotel in the evening, cannot wait to take a shower, but to no surprise the towels were not changed AGAIN and the room not cleaned again. We went to the reception again and talked to the other receptionist and she basically blamed the girl working last night and how she is new, then when we mentioned how we were disturbed by the hotel for the review, she said that the reviews are very important to them. Apparently not important enough to actually correct the mistake you made. So after a tiring back and forth, the girl brought us new towels, finally. We thought it was the end with our problems with the hotel, however no. The next morning before our check out, we went to the breakfast we obviously paid for, when we were denied breakfast on the account that we are not on the list of rooms that paid for the breakfast, even though we ate breakfast two mornings prior, which was bad and not tasty at all by the way. We went to the reception again and they just kept blaming each other and not taking any responsibility.

U really liked how clean and quiet the apartment was, and how well equipped it was for cooking, even tho I didn't even get to use it.

Everything, not exactly in the centre, but close enough with easy access.Perfectly located, with lots of conveniences and amenities. Restaurant, spa, and an aesthetic joint on-site. What? A girls' dream. Two groceries downstairs, and hang out spots. The nicest, professional staff. Absolutely loved it.

the rooms were super clean and cosy. the view was very nice. good location. s we did not go to the restaurant, I can not provide feedback on this, but it was to know, that we have such a possibility.

Wow What a hotel, fantastic. Everything was of a very high standard, probably the best hotel I have stayed in. Location also excellent, couldn't have been happier. Will definately return.
