Very nice, modern hotel. Clean bathroom and walk-in rain shower. Very comfortable bed with a great view. Restaurant downstairs very good. Tram stop just across the road to get to Central station and shops.

Spacious and clean rooms. Every floor has a water fountain to fill up water bottles with ambient, sparkling or cold water. The checkout time is 12pm so that’s very handy too. Staff is very friendly as well.

Very disappointing and concerning experience. During my stay on May 6 at Radisson Blu Sobieski, cash was taken from the zipped compartment inside my bag in the room after housekeeping. My transport card was left in place, so only the money was removed. When I reported this, the reception insisted that I must have forgotten the money, which made me doubt myself at the time. In retrospect, I am convinced the cash was taken from my room. I regret not calling the police immediately, as I felt dismissed rather than supported. This experience seriously impacted my trust in the hotel. I recommend being extremely careful with valuables and always using the safe.
