Everything was great- location, spacious, clean and nice apartment, plentiful breakfest and really good restaurant in the hotel, very nice and polite staff. Everything was really good alredy, but last morning as we had early flight and brekafast was included, but we could not make it, we asked for something to take with us before breakfast time. We were so surpised, as there were thoughtfuly prepeared huge bags with food for us with with everything possible. We ate very well and were very thankfull for one bag. And so presumably was also that homeless person we handed another bag to. Thank you for alla that exta effort and great attitude 🙏❤️.

The location of the property is excellent for visiting the centre. The streets in the area are full of life, plenty of bars, cafés, close to shops, but the residence is situated in a quiet courtyard, so peaceful at night. There are pedestrianised areas, which feel safe. Warsaw central train station is a 10 minute walk away. The serviced apartments are very comfortable for longer stays with 24 hour reception cover, an Italian restaurant and a modern European style restaurant on the ground floor.

Great location. Nice, relaxing catchment area with many interesting corners. Close to the Palace of Culture, tram and bus stops. Many shops and bistros and more. The hotel is hidden in a courtyard, so the area is quiet. Pleasant receptionist and we will come again soon.

Im staying in Mamaison Residence Diana for a second time. I like the place, it is situated in a silent location, however the central trainstation is in 15 minute walk and there are lot of different nice places around. The room is big and clean, you can find all the necessary things there. The staff is very friendly and aiming to help.

Room 314 was absolutely exceptional—more like a spacious apartment than a typical hotel room. The layout is open-plan, featuring a comfortable living area, a well-equipped kitchenette, a cosy bed, a full bathroom, and even a separate toilet, which was incredibly convenient. Everything was spotless and maintained to a very high standard, making the stay even more enjoyable. The location truly couldn’t be better. Situated on a pedestrian street, it offers both peace and easy access to everything. Nowy Świat Street is just a 2-minute walk away, and the Palace of Culture and Science can be reached in about 10 minutes. The Old Town is a pleasant 20 to 30-minute walk or you can go by bus - Number 116. Overall, an outstanding stay—highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, space, and an unbeatable location.

The location was fab, 10 min walk from the Palace of Culture and Science, about 25 min walk from the Old Town, lots of nice places to eat and have a drink in the area. The price was brilliant too. There wasn't a huge selection at breakfast but it is a small hotel, and everything was fresh and good quality food too, it was possible to order to table as well. When we popped in for a bite while we were waiting for the room to be ready, there were quite a lot of people waiting to get in (the restaurant is open to the public after breakfast), which is sa really good sign. And checkout at midday is definitely a bonus!

Very good quality hotel in central Warsaw. Spacious and modern room. We even had a kitchenette in the room and a large balcony. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and many sights. The old town is about 20 minute walk away. I could definitely stay here again.
