Excellent stay! The location is perfect, with easy access to the city center and major attractions. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The highlight of our stay was the breathtaking view from the 26th floor overlooking the modern skyline of Warsaw. The room was comfortable and clean. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

“Hotel overbooked”
When I arrived after a flight which was delayed for 2,5 hours they told me that the hotel was overbooked (how do you overbook a hotel??). I was put in a dusty, dark apartment for the night and the next day at 12 'o clock I had to move all my stuff to my proper hotel room (I only stayed for 2 nights). The hotel room itself was ok.

We were upgraded to a newly renovated room which was very spacious, beautifully furnished and always clean. Breakfast was good and with many options so you could always find something for your taste. Reception stuff was very friendly and professional.

Breakfast had a really good selection. The staff are always happy to help. Room was really comfortable and nice and clean and tidy. Housekeeping were really good too.
